WHY ARE RESALE CERTIFICATES REQUIRED?
For California buyers, if you are purchasing our product for resale, the transaction is NOT subject to sales (excluding equipment), however, you must fill out a resale certificate as proof that the property was purchased for resale and email/fax back to us. Without a valid resale permit number and a resale certificate, your purchase is subject to sales tax. (Download form here - PDF)
DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A RESALE CERTIFICATE EACH TIME I MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. The resale certificate is only needed when you make your first purchase with us. Once the form is submitted, your account will automatically reflect your retailer status.
WHEN DO I NEED TO SUBMIT THE COMPLETED RESALE CERTIFICATE?
in order for your transaction to be free of tax (excluding equipments), the resale certificate must be completed and submit back to us prior to your first purchase.
