Bleed - Please have 1/16” bleed around the artwork. this is important because minor shifting may occur during the die cut process. Artwork that does not meet with this requirement will be edit accordingly.

Resolution - The minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Customers can sumbit files greater than 300 dpi. Please note, we do accept files at a higher resolutions, however, our email system does not accept files over 10MB. If your total file size is larger than 10MB, please contact us for a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) instruction.

Fonts - Do not create text in Photoshop, please have all the text created in Illustrator for better printing result. Please also outline all the text before submitting your artwork, they must be converted to vector line art. The minimum printable font size for black text (or a spot color) on a light background is 5pt. The minimum font size for white text on a colored background is 7pt bold.

Design Software - Adobe Illustrator, Quarkxpress & Adobe Photoshop. If you do not use any of the program listed above to create your artwork, please save your file in either PDF or EPS format. All other formats may not be readable or may require additional artwork fee to change the file to a proper format that meets our requirement.

Color - Maximum used of color is 6 colors (including varnish). Please provide us the Pantone number for the spot colors. If customer has a matchprint for us to match please also include the matchprint. Please note, all files must be created in CMYK color mode. Files with RGB color mode will be converted to CMYK color mode and it may cause drastic color shifts.

PDF Proof - An email proof will be provided to customer for approval. Please note, PDF proofs are not for color reference. They are for spelling and position only.
